Position: International Sales Manager - Fashion Sector
Location: Milan-Veneto, Italy
Our client, a renowned multinational fashion company, is seeking to hire an International Sales Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage assigned markets, building and expanding the commercial network as needed.
2. Enhance the sales structure by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying potential clients.
3. Coordinate with Marketing, Administration, Logistics, and Technical Services to support commercial activities and gather competitive intelligence.
4. Provide management with detailed reports and analyses on customer needs, complaints, and potential new products and services.
5. Prepare sales budgets for assigned areas and contribute to the development of sales plans.
Requirements:
* Significant experience in the clothing/fashion sector, with specific expertise in foreign markets, especially European markets.
* Strong customer focus and market understanding.
* Willingness to travel frequently abroad.
* Excellent command of English.
* Organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and goal-oriented work approach.
* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, with a strong sales aptitude.
