Main DutiesYour key responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver seamless and efficient wine and sake service dailyUse your in-depth knowledge of wine, sake, and food pairings to enhance guest experiences and drive salesManage wine and sake stock levels and oversee ordering procedures with accuracy and careMonitor and maintain wine and sake service equipment, addressing any needs with managementBuild relationships with regular guests and high-value customers, creating lasting connectionsHandle guest feedback professionally, keeping senior management informed of key updates
