About the Role We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided to the selected candidate. Responsibilities Collaborate with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration. Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers. Research and develop new customers and business segments. Develop account strategies and execute business plans. Handle customer issues effectively. Meet sales targets (booking and billing). Gather and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to relevant product teams. Work regionally or globally with teams to achieve assigned goals. Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels. Education Background / Major Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Experience (Ideal) 2-4 years of sales or account management experience with a proven record of exceeding sales quotas. Knowledge (Ideal) Understanding of the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products. Abilities / Qualities Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including contract negotiations and closing deals. Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners, and ability to identify new business opportunities. Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within Europe.
