Ph3Key Account Manager – Home/Tech (1 Year Contract) /h3 pJoin bVeepee /b, a pioneer of online flash sales since 2001, in delivering highly discounted products to customers across Europe. Veepee partners with over 7,000 brands to offer limited‑time deals in a variety of sectors, including fashion, home, wine, travel and beauty. The company has a turnover of 3.3 billion euros (incl. VAT) in 2024 and employs 5,000 staff members across 10 countries. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure the best brands, stocks and prices for the assigned portfolio. /li liAct as the key contact for Veepee partners and identify leverage points for business development and account maintenance. /li liCollaborate closely with sales analysts and other internal teams to guarantee partner satisfaction and contribute to overall business success. /li liProspecting new accounts: identify, engage and onboard new clients to grow the portfolio. /li liPartnership Relationship Development (existing accounts): build, maintain and deepen relationships with partners to sustain growth and deliver on the annual budget. /li liDeal Negotiation: close agreements with brand partners by negotiating commercial and contract terms. /li liMarket Knowledge: stay up‑to‑date on market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to enhance Veepee’s positioning. /li liSales Coordination: coordinate internal negotiations with supply‑chain, planning, marketing and other functions to maximise performance. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience as Key Account Manager or a similar role. /li liBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field. /li liResult‑oriented with strong analytical skills. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liGood understanding of account‑management principles and practices. /li liStrong negotiation skills and perseverance to close deals and resolve conflicts. /li liRigorous, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. /li liWillingness to learn, adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment. /li liTeam‑player capable of collaborating with different departments. /li liProficiency in Google Apps and Office (Google Sheets, Slides and Excel). /li liExcellent Italian language skills and good English language skills. /li liExperience in the High‑Tech / Electronic industry. /li /ul h3Benefits Flexibility /h3 ul liOpening hours flexibility regarding holidays and permits. /li liThe dynamic and creative environment within international teams. /li liAccess to a variety of self‑education courses on the e‑learning platform. /li liRestaurant tickets. /li liFree afternoon on your birthday. /li /ul h3Interview Process /h3 ol liHR interview with the recruiter. /li liInterview with the manager. /li liInterview with the Commercial Director. /li /ol h3Additional Information /h3 pbSeniority level: /b Mid‑Senior. bEmployment type: /b Temporary. bJob function: /b Sales and Business Development. bIndustries: /b Software Development. bLocation: /b Milan, Lombardy, Italy. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
