We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer‑centric trainee to join our Store Management School and learn how to manage a retail outlet and develop a professional career in fashion retail.
Responsibilities
* Manage the store’s P&L and develop commercial strategies to achieve KPIs.
* Ensure a flawless customer experience and promote customer loyalty.
* Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards.
* Control the flow of goods in and out of the store, ensuring proper inventory and replenishment.
* Develop managerial skills by leading a team and handling day‑to‑day operations.
Qualifications & Skills
* Ability to work flexibly and solve problems in a results‑driven environment.
* Strong relational, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Willingness to travel across Italy to work in two different stores during the first year.
