* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities, expand customer relationships, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to drive demand and conversions.
* Build strong relationships with key customers and partners. Conduct business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and resolve customer issues in coordination with support teams.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis. Manage sales activities and data through CRM systems.
* Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and hardware teams to align sales with company goals. Share market feedback to support product and service improvements.
* Lead and coach sales teams, set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering-related fields (e.g., power electronics, electrical, mechanical, automation, communications).
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in complex and urgent situations.
* Relevant work experience and basic knowledge of the new energy industry.
* Proficient in English communication; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong teamwork and task management skills; willing to travel.
