Profile
We are looking for a Regional Area Manager to lead IW’s commercial growth across the GCC and wider MENA region.
This is an opportunity to join an international brand shaping the future of integrated water systems at an important stage of expansion, helping to strengthen our market presence, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth across both project and retail channels.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the bathroom and sanitaryware sector, strong commercial instinct, and a deep understanding of the regional market landscape.
Beyond sales, we are looking for someone who can represent the IW philosophy, build conviction in the brand, and convert opportunity into long-term business.
The role reports directly to the Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential customers, implementing business plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.
* Build strong relationships with distributors, architects, interior designers, and retail partners.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the brand’s growth,
* Identify the ideal distribution partners to win in both project and retail channels, defining effective collaboration strategies based on their positioning and capabilities.
* Prepare performance updates for the assigned territory for periodic review with the Sales Director.
* Leverage company tools including CRM systems to support day-to-day comercial activities and reporting.
* Represent and promote IW values.
Skills
* Good teamwork skills;
* Fluent in English, Arabic or Spanish is a plus.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Strategic thinking and market analysis.
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
* Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
* Commercial creativity to develop tailored solutions for each client.
Requirements
* Proven sales experience in the bathroom and sanitaryware sector.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
* In-depth knowledge of the MENA and GCC markets.
* Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
* Willingness to travel frequently across countries.
* Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
