In this role, you will work directly with the strongDigital Transformation Director /strong, contributing to the execution and follow-up of strategic projects and digital transformation initiatives across multiple countries. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career with a strongdata analyst and consulting background /strong or exposure to transformation programs, and who is eager to develop cross-functional experience in a dynamic, international setting. /p pAs the Digital Transformation Support, you will: /p h3QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you /h3 ul liSupport the implementation, coordination, and tracking of regional transformation initiatives and digital programs. /li liConduct research and gather data to support strategic analysis, business case development, and project decisions. /li liPrepare data, dashboards, and status updates for senior stakeholders. /li liAssist the local Divisions providing the most meaningful set of data needed to perform and streamline their roles. /li liAssist in identifying process improvement opportunities and help prepare requests and proposals to the central development team. /li liAssist in tracking KPIs for ongoing digital initiatives. /li liCollaborate with local and regional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of projects. /li liHelp document and follow up on action items, timelines, and project deliverables. /li liSupport change management and communication efforts linked to digital transformation programs. /li /ul h3Who you are: /h3 ul liA proactive and curious team player with strong knowledge of IT tools and organizational skills. /li liComfortable working with ambiguity and switching between different types of tasks. /li liAnalytical and structured, with a good understanding of project workflows and stakeholder management. /li /ul pThe ideal Digital Transformation Support candidate has: /p h3WHO ARE EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS? | Why work for us /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. /li li1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a consulting firm or as a Data Analyst, in transformation-related and strategy roles. /li liStrong Excel, Power Query or Power BI skills; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com) is a plus. /li liGood knowledge of processes inside one of the leading ERP or CRM tools (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot). /li liFluency in English is required; fluency in another Southern European language (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or Greek) is a strong advantage. /li liExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal. /li liWillingness to occasionally travel within the region. /li /ul pWe are people-focused and believe that talent empowers us to continue our growth and innovation.
