Goal
The role focuses on:
* Achieving sales objectives via telematic tools by promoting products, concluding orders, and supporting internal sales logistics and contact centre.
* Selling the Company’s products and services through proactive telephone selling to specific customer segments.
* Administration of key sales systems and coordination with Sales HUB to cross-sell and impact the bottom line, collaborating with all company departments.
Responsibilities
* Engage tyre dealers, building connections and trust to develop and consolidate business order by order.
* Execute sales strategy, go-to-market plans, and achieve volume, mix, and profit goals for assigned customers.
* Achieve targets (Units, NS, GP, Mix, Price, etc.) by customer and product, following company strategy.
* Conduct outbound prospecting calls and other communication methods to grow sales.
* Manage orders from taking to delivery, including customer management and order entry.
* Plan activities to reach sales targets, scheduling calls and preparing strategies/materials for main customers.
* Continuously update customer data in SAP or CRM systems.
* Manage the full order-to-cash process with interactive relationships across departments.
* Maintain records of customer insights, transactions, comments, inquiries, and complaints.
* Implement price increases and sales conditions per internal policies.
* Manage commercial agreements according to sales strategy.
* Report sales achievements using KPIs and product data.
* Ensure proper credit management following company policies.
* Explain campaigns, promotions, and value propositions to maximize sales.
* Identify and segment customers to highlight prospects for field sales follow-up.
Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree.
* Experience in telemarketing, active outbound selling, and customer service in retail channels.

* Strong data management and reporting skills.
* Product knowledge and ability to propose technical alternatives.
