PurposeTo strengthen the growth of the Engineering Business Unit of Stevanato Group, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The new joiner will be responsible for achieving assigned targets, managing the sales process, interacting with internal cross-functional teams, and handling selected customers in line with our commercial and distribution policies and guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Support leadership in deploying the go-to-market strategy, providing commercial insights for assigned clients to drive business growth and process harmonizationResponsible for the performance of assigned portfolio, with also strong focus on developing new customers in the assigned territoryIndependently manage sector penetration activities as agreed with leadership, and collaborate with other sales team members for complex negotiationsBuild and maintain effective, long-term partnerships with existing accounts, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to strengthen our competitive advantageAnalyze and identify market trends and emerging opportunities to leverage Stevanato Group's value-added solutionsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Business or MarketingMinimus 3 years' experience in sales role, ideally in the pharma or machinery and equipment market.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong sense of accountability as well commitmentSelf-motivated and energetic with a results-focused approach to achieving daily goals/activitiesFull proficiency in Italian and English, a third language is a plus
