Responsibilities
* Collect market intelligence through various channels to understand customer needs for warehouse robotics, and execute / annual sales plans.
* Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned regions or industries to achieve predefined targets.
* Monitor market trends, proactively explore new business opportunities, and provide timely feedback on competitor activities.
* Manage sales contract negotiation, follow-up, and accounts receivable tracking.
* Coordinate internal resources to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of project-based sales experience, preferably in logistics automation equipment (e.g., 3PL, WMS).
* Candidates with industry resources in e-commerce, retail (apparel / footwear, FMCG, beauty / cosmetics), pharmaceuticals, logistics, or food sectors are preferred.
* Strong self-motivation, learning agility, and resilience.
* Keen market insight to identify new opportunities.
* Excellent planning, organizational, and execution skills.
