Beyond leading sales activities in the assigned markets, the role will also contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening brand visibility, supporting distributor engagement, and expanding market presence. The position will collaborate closely with internal functions—including marketing, product management, and customer service—and coordinate activities with a small sales team and external partners. While not responsible for managing a large organization, the role includes providing guidance, ensuring alignment with commercial and marketing priorities, and supporting the day‐to‐day execution of go‐to‐market plans. The successful candidate will help identify market opportunities, enhance distributor engagement, and ensure consistent application of both the sales process and marketing programs. The main focus will be on expanding market presence, increasing share within the distributor channel, and supporting initiatives that elevate Justrite's positioning in Italy. Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives aligned with company objectives, working closely with cross‐functional teams to support growth in your assigned markets. Monitor ongoing activities and adjust plans based on market feedback and performance trends.Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers and distributors, ensuring high service levels and identifying opportunities for cross‐selling, share growth, and joint marketing activities. Support negotiations with distributors, representatives, and other commercial partners.Prepare annual sales plans and support marketing planning for your designated region, track progress against targets, and coordinate key commercial activities to increase market presence. Manage your sales budget and provide regular performance reporting.Coordinate a small sales team and/or a network of external partners, setting clear objectives and monitoring results. Provide hands‐on coaching and operational support to ensure targets are met, taking corrective actions when necessary.Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including product launches, distributor programs, trade shows, digital initiatives, and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and maximizing local impact.
Your Skills And Expertise
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Industrial Management, Safety Engineering, Economic and Marketing.5–7 years of experience in B2B solution‐based sales with clear expertise in the Safety industry and with a proven track record in one or more of the following areas: Workplace Safety Products and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Solid understanding of sales processes and the ability to work with KPIs and structured reporting.Exposure to marketing activities such as product promotion, trade shows, digital campaigns, or channel marketing.Fluency in Italian and English.Willingness to travel approximately >50%.

Experience with industrial or safety‐related products.Good proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.Strong customer focus, effective communication skills, accountability, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.Interest in marketing, brand positioning, and go‐to‐market execution.
