Reporting to the Supply Chain Director Italy and working closely with HSE and Engineering teams, the role combines hands-on project execution with the implementation of initiatives that ensure regulatory compliance, risk reduction and a strong safety culture throughout the facility.Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead and support EHS projects, ensuring timely execution and regulatory complianceConduct risk assessments, inspections and internal audits, identifying and mitigating safety and environmental risksProvide technical guidance on EHS matters to engineering and operations teamsDevelop and deliver EHS training, promoting a strong safety cultureSupport incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action plansContribute to the development, review and improvement of EHS procedures and SOPsMaintain accurate EHS documentation and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on safety prioritiesRequirementsMaster's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or related discipline5-7 years' experience in EHS roles within chemical manufacturing environments - preferably under Seveso III (Directive *******/EU) -In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations, standards and best practicesFamiliarity with incident investigation methodologies and root cause analysis and experience in SOP development and implementation will be considered ad a plusStrong project management, organizational and analytical skillsEffective communicator with the ability to train, influence and collaborate across teamsSolid problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, hands-on approach#J-*****-Ljbffr
