We help our community reconnect with themselves through high-quality travel experiences. As we expand, we are looking for a passionate, results-driven Sales Specialist to join our global remote team. The Opportunity: Forget cold calling. In this role, you will manage an agenda pre-filled with qualified appointments. These are "warm leads"people who have already expressed interest in our retreats and have specifically booked a time to speak with you. Your mission is to guide them from curiosity to booking. Your Role: Conduct high-level consultative sales calls with potential participants. Provide personalized advice to help clients choose the perfect retreat for their needs. Manage the end-to-end enrollment process and maintain client relationships. Keep our CRM updated (training provided) to ensure a seamless customer journey. Requirements: Native or Fluent Italian: You must be able to communicate with empathy and precision with our Italian-speaking audience. Proven Sales Experience: Experience in phone sales (High-Ticket or Travel/Wellness sector is a plus). Emotional Intelligence: The ability to listen, understand deep motivations, and build trust over the phone. Self-Disciplined & Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working autonomously from anywhere in the world and using CRM tools. Passion for Wellness: A background or interest in Yoga and holistic lifestyles is highly preferred. Status: Preferably looking for candidates with a VAT number (Partita IVA / Freelance status).
