Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is seeking a skilled IT Account Manager to join the Industrial and Supply Chain IT Platform.
In this role, you will report to the IT Senior Account Manager Supply Chain and collaborate closely with the Business to identify, design, implement, and adopt Global IT solutions focused on Supply Chain (Order to Deliver, Transportation, and Warehousing). You will analyze Business priorities and needs in partnership with Business Leaders, assess the feasibility of solutions and technologies, and coordinate IT demand management and delivery.
This role involves working with Global and Regional stakeholders (Centers of Expertise, Portfolio and Project Managers, IT Demand Managers) to develop effective IT solutions within the Supply Chain perimeter.
As an IT Account Manager, you will interact with the Business Team for all Supply Chain IT solutions, building trusted partnerships, discussing priorities, and developing an activities roadmap accordingly. You will manage relationships with Ferrero IT Teams, engaging proactively with key stakeholders at both Global and Regional levels. You will support discussions with external vendors, including system integrators and software providers.
You will assess and understand the Supply Chain operational needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions, developing and implementing the IT strategy for Supply Chain optimization. You will support the definition of the technology capabilities portfolio for the Global Supply Chain, ensuring it is delivered and brings innovative best practices and new technologies (value realization). Your role extends to contributing, prioritizing, and supporting the definition of functional and technical solutions from new requirements until the delivery of the solutions and the dismissal of old solutions not aligned with the Group strategy.
Your responsibilities will include providing proactive recommendations to enhance existing landscapes and support the overall IT strategy. Additionally, you will identify and implement automation within the Supply Chain through IT solutions, while also monitoring industry trends. Together with the CoE, you will define the decommissioning of redundant applications not aligned with the architecture roadmap. Furthermore, you will ensure continuous improvement of live applications, constantly evaluating current solutions against business needs to deploy a higher level of effectiveness and efficiency. Lastly, you will bring proactive external innovation into Ferrero Group.
You will bring knowledge from a degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, combined with 7-10 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the Supply Chain or Logistics industry. Your experience in Supply Chain management processes (Order to Deliver, Transportation, Warehousing) will be crucial, complemented by your strong understanding of systems and IT infrastructure.
You will demonstrate the ability to manage projects effectively, focusing on both the financials (CAPEX/OPEX) and managing priorities and deadlines. Your effective communication skills will prove essential, alongside your ability to influence and build consensus with senior business partners. Your business understanding of the FMCG industry will be important to succeed in this role, together with your demonstrated achievements in digitalization, business process automation, and IT application systems support.
