This role is critical to driving business growth by delivering innovative solutions that address real customer needs and market demands. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pAs a bProduct Manager /b, you will play a key role in defining the strategy, development, and go-to-market execution for our Batteries product portfolio. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership), you will: /p ul liAnalyze the Battery Manufacturers and OEM market, focusing on: /li liMarket dimensions and trends across various geographies. /li liTechnology maturity. /li liCompetitive landscape. /li liCustomer mapping and targeting. /li liKey buying factors. /li liTranslate customer needs and business objectives into actionable product requirements. /li liDefine and validate business plan assumptions, continuously refining them to reflect market evolution. /li liCollaborate with leadership to define the bGo-to-Market strategy /b (pricing, channels, and target customers). /li liEnsure the successful delivery, launch, and adoption of products. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Batteries product line. /li liConduct in-depth customer research (interviews, feedback analysis, usage data) to understand pain points and workflows. /li liDevelop value propositions for key customer segments, aligning technical and commercial aspects. /li liWork alongside engineering teams to plan and prioritize product features, ensuring timely delivery. /li liStay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, competitors, and industry best practices. /li liMaintain and update the project business plan, validating key assumptions and providing stakeholders with regular financial updates. /li liPrepare structured market analyses, business plans, and detailed reports for internal and external use. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Skills /h3 ul libEducation: /b Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent). /li libExperience: /b Minimum of 5 years as a Product Manager, preferably within the Batteries sector or a related field. /li liStrong analytical and drafting skills to create structured market analyses, business plans, and reports. /li liProven experience with bVoice of Customer (VOC) /b campaigns. /li liExceptional ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive initiatives independently. /li liProven expertise in defining and prioritizing product requirements based on business impact and data-driven insights. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. /li /ul ul libLanguage Proficiency: /b Fluent in English (C1 level or higher). /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and capacity planning systems. /li liFamiliarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Operating Income (OI), Gross Margin (GM), Sales Conversion, and New Product Introductions (NPI). /li /ul p bLocation: /b Chieti, Italy /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
