We are seeking a skilled Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) specialist to join our team. As an AIT specialist, you will play a critical role in the development and validation of complex electronic systems.
About the Job
The selected candidate will work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure the successful integration and testing of space subsystems and ground support equipment. This includes performing assembly, integration, and inspection activities on electronic/electromechanical systems, as well as supporting design and testing phases with a focus on manufacturability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform assembly, integration, and inspection activities on electronic/electromechanical systems.
* Support design and testing phases with a focus on manufacturability.
* Collaborate with the quality team to ensure compliance with AIT procedures and standards.
* Support troubleshooting and integration issue resolution alongside engineering teams.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Hands-on experience in AIT activities for complex electronic or electromechanical systems.
* Strong manual skills in electronic assembly, including hand-soldering of 0603 and 0402 SMD components and ICs, following military/space-grade quality standards.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
