With sales, marketing, product, and service departments in China, candidates should have a good understanding of our products, a proven track record in generating new business, maintaining accounts, or a strong passion and creativity. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals. Position Summary This role, in conjunction with the EU market team, is responsible for coordinating and leading sales activities in designated industries, focusing on applications like corporate events, concerts, festivals, broadcasting, virtual events, mainly for Rental and Staging LED products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and meeting sales targets. Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain relationships with customers to expand sales. Forecast sales and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team. Establish annual industry business plans and target customer strategies. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Travel daily to develop business, approach rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and professionals, and coordinate with distributors. Stay informed about new products and services. Gather and relay feedback from field activities to HQ, including product, marketing, sales, and service insights. Prepare monthly and quarterly industry reports. Manage communication with customers and HQ during project implementation. Other Duties and Responsibilities Host customer visits to China HQ. Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows. Coordinate with HQ sales team for the EU market. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. Over 5 years in B2B industrial product sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in AV. Over 3 years’ experience in projects related to this role’s markets with sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities. Specialized Knowledge/Skills Effective leadership, project management, and communication skills. Customer-oriented problem-solving skills. Ability to perform under high-pressure environments. Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken German, English, Dutch, or Italian.
