Job Description Summary Financial Global Controller of Aero Alliance, a joint-venture (JV) owned 50% by GE Vernova and 50% by Baker Hughes with an annual revenue of approximately $1 billion. This role reports to the CFO of the JV. Job Description Essential Responsibilities In this role, the Aero JV Financial Controller will: Support the Aero JV CEO and CFO in managing the overall controllership environment of Aero JV; Ensure controllership and consistency of accounting processes, promote controllership awareness throughout the operating team, ensure financial compliance, and uphold the JV's commitment to integrity; Guarantee the accuracy and quality of financial closing and reporting, with proper monitoring of the Balance Sheet, revenue recognition, inventory, and controls; Drive the implementation of Aero Alliance Accounting Policies, ensuring alignment with GEV/BKR requirements, and serve as the key contact for internal/external financial audits; Coordinate with the Tax team to identify tax optimization initiatives and oversee their execution; Support process improvements, finance systems, and control implementations; Manage Accounts Payable activities, ensuring payments are recorded accurately; Maintain a strong internal control environment and oversee JV account reconciliation processes, driving continuous improvement; Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across operations, outsourced teams, and finance functions to drive key initiatives to successful completion. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance-related field; Extensive experience in controllership or financial audit roles; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Fluency in English; Italian language skills are a plus; Willingness to travel approximately 10%, mainly to the US.
