Verifichi di possedere le competenze necessarie prima di inviare la candidatura.Position Title:Sales ManagerPosition Type:PermanentStart Date:ASAPLocation:Milan, ItalyContact:Bianca | 73Responsibilities:Sales & Ordering Planning: Develop sales and ordering plans based on corporate marketing objectives and market demand.Inventory Management: Perform daily/monthly statistical analysis on vehicle "Purchase-Sales-Inventory" (PSI) and provide timely reports to stakeholders.Marketing Strategy: Achieve corporate KPIs by developing and adjusting automotive marketing strategies aligned with market dynamics.Dealer Management: Conduct daily management, training, and guidance for dealers, while supervising and evaluating sales performance to ensure alignment with targets.Relationship Management: Regularly visit key dealers to maintain relationships and resolve critical issues for key accounts.Customer Satisfaction: Implement Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) surveys and drive rectification measures for complaints or performance gaps.Operational Monitoring: Monitor terminal dealer operations and key account business performance.Retail Marketing & Logistics Execution: Oversee dealer communication content, CI/VI uniformity, and advertising support policies. Finalize monthly orders/production scheduling.Qualifications:+5 years of OEM sales work experience in ItalySales management experience across the Chinese OEM automotive sector in Italy, is preferred. xpavfwmProficient in Italian, fluent in English can be used as a working language.
