- Prepare dishes, ensuring quality and adherence to Mama’s values.
- Manage quality of service, storage, and cleaning in the kitchen, and maintain food storage.
- Control and ensure proper storage of supplies.
- Act as Chef de Cuisine when absent and assist in all functions.
- Motivate and supervise the kitchen team.
- Uphold hygiene standards and guarantee proper use of equipment.
Qualifications
- Passionate and creative, with strong taste preferences.
- Highly organized, managing workload effectively.
- Follow recipes precisely, including quantity, presentation, and appreciation.
- Translate recipes into technical sheets.
- Identify and develop talent; motivate the team.
- Handle high volume and maintain efficiency.
- Coordinate resources—human, financial, and administrative—at appropriate times.
- Versatile, with knowledge of all kitchen positions.
