We are seeking a Presales Engineer, a full-time and remote position based in Italy.
* Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
* Serve as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, managing all technical communications and solution introductions.
* Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, establishing trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
* Prepare technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sales support.
* Ensure all business partners understand EcoFlow’s USPs through product training and interaction.
* Gather feedback from clients and partners, working with R&D to improve products.
* Provide insights and help partners customize solutions for commercial success.
Your profile includes:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical engineering, electro-mechanical equipment, or related fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sales technical support, preferably in the Residential Energy Storage industry.
* Strong self-drive and proactiveness, capable of working independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and independently find solutions.
* Passion for the industry and willingness to learn continuously in a rapidly changing environment.
* Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
