Key job responsibilities Drive scalable solutions to deliver robust engagement with Selling Partners across multiple channels. Partner with product and program teams across geographies to scale solutions, influence product roadmaps, and ensure high standards in targeting, content, messaging, and impact. Develop marketing strategies and execute campaigns to maximize engagement and action rates using data and quantitative results. Identify opportunities for automation to scale workflows while maintaining quality of outreach messaging. Engage with product owners to remove blockers hindering Selling Partners’ ability to take action, thereby increasing program adoption and engagement. To be successful in this role Excellent communication skills for leading executive interactions and influencing stakeholders. About The Team The EU Selling Partner Communication team is the center of excellence for SP communication, focusing on both short-term implementation and long-term strategic evolution of initiatives to maximize growth opportunities for SPs. The team comprises subject matter experts driving multi-channel approaches and scalable solutions in mass communication, channel development, lifecycle planning, and new product opportunities. Basic Qualifications University degree in business, marketing, or related field. Extensive digital marketing experience with a strong focus on customer experience and messaging. Knowledge of mass communication tools (e.g., Pardot, Campaign Monitor, Marketo). Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data for marketing strategies. Experience in developing, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns. Program management skills with the ability to lead initiatives independently. Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Fluency in any EU language(s) in addition to English.
