<p>Position description :</p><ol><li>Leading partners and customers development and be responsible for customer satisfaction.</li><li>Undertake sales targets and be responsible for the achievement of sales and marketing targets (order, market, profitability).</li><li>Builds, manages and enhances the company’s sales operations in the specified territory, including setting future strategic sales direction.</li><li>Initiates and implements strategic alliances with key partners-distributors、project Integrators and customers.</li><li>Identifies market opportunities both within and outside of traditional client base and develops strategies to penetrate those markets.</li><li>Attends trade shows, conferences, and customer workshops, etc, to promote Dunext brand locally.</li><li>Provides outstanding customer support.</li><li>Other duties as may be required or assigned.</li></ol><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ol><li>Bachelor degree or equivalent education level.</li><li>2+ years of sales experience, past experience in sales of solar inverter and battery storage involving clients is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales.</li><li>Understand the basic solar and storage principles, understand the system line diagram related knowledge, familiar with the energy storage system architecture, able to communicate with customer about basic technical solutions.</li><li>English as the main working language.</li><li>Positive attitude, willing to work with international team, take responsibility and quick learner and creativity.</li><li>Responsible, serious and responsible work, with excellent stakeholder management ability.</li></ol>
