Overview: Main Activities & Responsibilities: - Creating and managing purchase orders within the Company’s E-Procurement platform;- Handling order non-conformities;- Providing necessary administrative support;- Management and qualification of suppliers using the Company's E-Procurement platform;- Assisting Buyers in managing supply tenders, cost analysis, and contractual negotiations;- Conducting negotiations with suppliers. Job Requirements: - At least a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or, alternatively, in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields is required - Previous experience in Procurement, even if short, will be considered a plus - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Good knowledge of English language - Ability to work effectively in dynamic and international environments;ì - Strong teamwork skills; - Flexibility in working hours and conditions; - Willingness to undertake occasional travel within Italy.
