Position: Sales Specialist canale Dealer
The role manages the Piedmont, Liguria, and Sardinia regions, focusing on developing consumer business by optimizing regional distributor networks, managing, and growing active clients.
Main Responsibilities
* Drive demand and revenue growth for the Consumer product line in the assigned area.
* Train depot sales teams, plan product launches with key depots, support distributor sales, and strengthen their technical skills.
* Visit key professionals regularly to integrate Dentsply Sirona into their workflows.
* Collaborate with dealers on promotional activities and organize clinical education and co-marketing events.
Main Activities
* Implement company sales policies and promotional plans; identify and develop dental distributor opportunities.
* Maintain strong relationships with dealers, introduce new products and programs, and address issues promptly.
* Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback, maintaining constant communication with management and relevant functions (Customer Service, Marketing, Technical Support, Credit).
* Participate in regional and national congresses and events; prepare regular reports.
Preferred residence: Cuneo, Alessandria, Asti, or Genoa.
Qualifications
* Excellent knowledge of Territory Management systems, sales techniques, and IT tools.
Personal Skills
* Results-oriented, strong communication, public speaking, negotiation, teamwork, problem solving, planning, leadership, and integrity.
