This role requires a strong track record in pharmaceutical in-licensing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain high-value relationships with key stakeholders worldwide. /p pbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppbr/ppbPre-requisites /b /pullibSignificant experience in pharmaceutical in-licensing /band international business development, ideally with added-value products, niche therapies, biosimilars, specialty pharmaceuticals, or high-value generics. /liliProven track record in negotiating and closing high-value in-licensing and distribution agreements. /liliEstablished network within the global pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Spain, Italy, and broader EU markets. /liliStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to evaluate market opportunities and risks. /liliVery proactive and enthusiastic manager with a pragmatic, results-driven approach, excellent ability to work autonomously. /liliExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. /liliFluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian is a strong plus. /li /ulpbKey Responsibilities /b /ppb1. In-Licensing /b /pulliIdentify and evaluate opportunities for the bin-licensing of pharmaceutical products /b, with a focus on Rx, specialty, and high-potential therapies. /liliSecure strategic partnerships with global or regional developers/manufacturers. /lilibLead end-to-end negotiations /b, from initial engagement through to contract execution, including licensing and distribution agreements. /liliEnsure all in-licensing activities are fully compliant with internal governance, regulatory frameworks, and local/international laws. /li /ulpb2. Strategic Market Expansion /b /pulliConduct in-depth bmarket research /b and bcompetitive intelligence /b to assess potential for portfolio growth, using both external data and personal network insights. /liliDesign and implement bmarket entry and expansion strategies /b, particularly within bEurope /b, with a primary focus on bSpain and Italy /b. /liliBuild and present robust bbusiness cases /b to support in-licensing decisions and investment planning. /liliTrack and evaluate the bcommercial performance /b of in-licensed products across target markets, proposing adjustments as needed. /li /ulpb3. Strategic Alliance Stakeholder Management /b /pulliIdentify and assess potential bstrategic partners /b whose assets or capabilities align with company growth objectives. /liliEvaluate partners based on product portfolio, geographic coverage, regulatory readiness, and commercial fit. /liliDevelop and execute bpartnership frameworks /b with clear objectives, responsibilities, and measurable KPIs. /liliFoster and maintain blong-term, trust-based relationships /b with external partners and internal stakeholders. /liliServe as the bmain point of contact /b for partner organizations, ensuring smooth collaboration and aligned execution. /li /ulpb4. Negotiation Risk Management /b /pullibLead negotiations /b to define mutually beneficial terms, ensuring clear allocation of responsibilities and rights. /liliEnsure all agreements are blegally sound /b, commercially viable, and aligned with the company’s strategic interests. /liliProactively bidentify and manage risks /b associated with partnerships, including legal, operational, and reputational risks. /liliDevelop and maintain bcontingency plans /b to mitigate potential partnership disruptions. /li /ulpb5.
