Location
The role involves developing new markets across Africa and Arab countries.
At this stage, the person will not be based in a fixed location and is expected to spend approximately 70% of their time traveling.

Role Mission
Drive business development in Africa and Middle East countries market by promoting the Tirelli and Unimac-Gherri products range to existing and potential customers, with a special focus on the food and personal/home care and chemical industries.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closing.
- Strengthening and growing the existing customer portfolio through visits, calls, and ongoing relationship management.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory, especially in the food sector.
- Representing the company at trade fairs, events, and local or international networking activities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate the most suitable solutions for customer needs.
- Use the company CRM to track activities, pipeline, and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in packaging.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, independent, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic, French, and Italian is a valuable asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Availability to travel more than 70% of the time across Africa & Middle East Countries with occasional trips to headquarters in Italy.
