ABOUT THE ROLESC Johnson is looking for a Regional Key Account to be included within the commercial structure. The person, reporting to the relevant Sales Manager, will have the following responsibilities:
1. Management of the assigned customer portfolio in order to achieve sales objectives in accordance with the commercial strategy.
2. Local negotiations and application of commercial agreements on the reference perimeter
3. Management of the allocated budget
4. Teamwork with sell in and sell out teams.
5. Great organizational ability, flexibility in managing work priorities and passion in achieving results are required.
6. Proactivity and spirit of initiative complete the picture of the profile.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
7. Development of sales within the relevant customer perimeter, for the purpose of achieving the main KPIs and company objectives
8. Effective management of commercial relationships
9. Punctual and precise management of the assigned budget
10. Management and maximization of assortment and promotional levers
11. Constant monitoring of customer performances and definition of corrective actions if necessary
12. Responsibility for managing second level local agreements.
EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
13. Previous professional experience of at least 6 years
14. Degree in Economics or similar
15. Strong work orientation towards objectives and ability to listen to the customer
16. Negotiating skills

17. Ability to find alternative and unconventional ways to achieve results

19. Advanced knowledge of the main IT tools and the Office package

24. Having also held roles within Trade/Customer marketing divisions in the past is a preferential qualification

29. Full Time: 36 Hours per week (8 Hours from Monday to Thursday, 4 Hours Friday)
