We are seeking a dynamic and experienced C&I Sales Director to lead and develop our sales team in Italy and drive the growth of our industrial power product lines. The successful candidate will define and execute the commercial strategy, manage key customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in the Italian market. Main Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage the Italy sales team to meet and surpass sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with Pramac’s overall goals. Drive business development initiatives to increase market share and explore new segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to maximize sales opportunities and satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing, product management, and operations to support product launches and promotional activities. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities. Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to the General Manager, ensuring transparent performance tracking. Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture. Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with distributors and partners to optimize terms. Requirements: Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving growth in Italy. Technical degree preferred. Fluent in Italian and English. Willing to travel within Italy as needed. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Experience in sales leadership, preferably in power generation or industrial equipment sectors. Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams. Results-driven with analytical skills and a metrics-oriented approach to sales management.
