Drive Your FutureBecome a key player in our R&D Team and contribute to improving the product performance through the process. You will work in a multifunctional team where Product/Process/Material experts collaborate closely to achieve performance targets through the prototyping stages, then consolidate them for mass production. The challenges will arise both from the industrial environment of production and from constant contact with business functions at HQ.What You Will Learn
Deep understanding of the individual components and their critical aspects in the manufacturing of tires.Producing reports to summarize the main KPIs starting from the data collected throughout the manufacturing process of tires.Understanding and supporting the team with technical documentation, legal certifications and testing results.
What We Are Looking For
Master's Degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematical Engineering or a similar technical field.Fluency in Italian and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software.Basic skills in Python are appreciated.An interest in problem solving and optimization techniques.A preference for data‐driven decision making.An openness to embrace new challenges and adapt to a dynamic work environment.Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and organizational capabilities. xrdztoy
