Responsibilities:
* Operate in the role of Sales Engineer in line with company strategies, managing sales and business development activities;
* Strengthen and consolidate the commercial network in the assigned area;
* Provide support in the development of special projects at a national level, in collaboration with various company departments;
* Work closely with the Italian commercial team and occasionally with colleagues at the headquarters in Germany;
* Be responsible for preparing commercial offers for clients and compiling reports and monitoring activities through the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
* Residence in one of the following areas: MARCHE/ROMAGNA (FC, RA, RN);
* In possession of a valid driving license (B category);
* Previous experience in the sale of technical products (3–4 years);
* Educational background: preferably a technical diploma or degree (e.g. engineering, mechanics, chemistry, materials science, etc.);
* Knowledge of the English language (preferably at B1 level);
* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally abroad;
* Strong motivation, sales-oriented mindset, team spirit, and a long-term vision;
* Communication skills for managing customer relationships, passion and curiosity for the required technical skills, and strong negotiation ability.
