About the Role - We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided. Responsibilities - Work with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration. Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers. Research and develop new customers and business segments. Develop account strategies and execute business plans. Handle customer issues effectively. Meet sales targets (bookings and billing). Collect and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team. Collaborate regionally or globally to achieve objectives. Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels. Education Background / Major: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Experience (Ideal): 2-4 years of sales or account management experience with a proven record of exceeding quotas. Knowledge (Ideal): Understanding of the semiconductor industry and experience with semiconductor products. Abilities / Qualities: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners, and ability to identify new business opportunities. Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within Europe.
