A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.What you will doWe are looking for a Technical Inside Sales Engineer to strengthen our Italian team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our customers (installers, distributors, system designers) and our sales team, providing technical expertise that supports both. Your main mission is to ensure that stakeholders designing, installing, and maintaining PV systems fully understand the value of the Haier Energy product line, and to provide the technical foundation that drives sales success.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to customers and the sales team throughout the sales cyclePrepare and deliver clear, high-quality technical presentations and product demonstrationsMeet with installers, system designers, and distributors, independently or alongside sales colleaguesIdentify customer requirements and propose Haier solutions that meet their needsTrack and document customer requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolutionSupport system design based on customer specificationsEnsure compliance with local product certifications and regulations, collaborating with sales, support, and Product Management teamsMaintain and update a competitors’ solutions database to highlight Haier’s unique selling points (USPs)Assist with trade shows, events, and training sessions across ItalyWhat you need to succeedMust haveEducation: High School Diploma - Degree or master’s in Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics or similar technical field is a plusProfessional experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the solar industryTechnical Skills: knowledge of renewables or inverters is an advantageSoft skills:Strong technical communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly to different stakeholdersProactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while being a strong team playerExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindsetLanguage: Fluency in Italian (essential) and good command of English; additional languages are a plusOther: Willingness to travel regularly within Italy#LI-MV1Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
