Job Summary:
We are seeking an Experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years warranty processing experience, strong computer skills, and a positive and hardworking personality.
Responsibilities:
* Process all warranty claims in a timely manner, as the repair orders are closed
* Review and process all returned/rejected/adjusted warranty claims, track each claim until its final resolution
* Book the appropriate technicians for the hours earned on the operations performed
* Informing the technician and department management of adjustments as they occur
* Manage manufacturers company policies and procedures
* Establish and maintain a positive and productive relationships with the manufacturer's the dealerships does business with
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years warranty processing experience at either a car dealership, automotive leasing company, or state/county vehicle registration office.
* Previous CDK experience
* Prompt and courteous demeanor
* Positive and hardworking personality
* Strong computer skills
