Freudenberg S.A.S.brYou support our team asbrstrongNational Key Account Manager Amazonbr/strongstrongResponsibilitiesbr/strongulliOwn and manage the full PL for Amazon, ensuring the achievement of sales, profitability, and market share targets. /liliDevelop and implement the annual joint business plan, focusing on key growth drivers including assortment, promotions, media, and supply chain. /liliBuild and maintain a strong relationship with Amazon stakeholders at local and international level. /liliLead product launches, promotional planning, and content optimization to drive traffic and conversion. /liliMonitor key performance metrics (sell-in, sell-out, share of voice, retail media performance) and take corrective actions when needed. /liliCollaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Digital) to deliver a seamless customer experience. /liliManage investment budgets, including trade terms and advertising spend, ensuring optimal ROI. /liliStay up to date on Amazon policies, tools, and trends, translating insights into actionable strategies.br/li /ulstrongQualificationsbr/strongulliUniversity degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related field /lili3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, with at least 2–3 years specifically managing Amazon accounts. /liliStrong understanding of Amazon operations. /liliSolid grasp of digital marketing levers within Amazon /liliProven ability to work with e-commerce KPIs: CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, retail media metrics. /liliAdvanced Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to interpret and present actionable insights. /liliComfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven digital environment; agile mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving. /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally. /liliFluent in English;br/li /ulThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
