 
        Job Title Marketing Manager Ax (Aesthetic Portfolio) Location Milano Italia. Hybrid Mission Ensures the development and management of the Aesthetic product portfolio (Ax) by designing and implementing the operational marketing plan to achieve the company’s business objectives. All actions must comply with national laws (e.g., Law 231 and 81/08), Galderma’s Code of Ethics, Pharma Industry Laws (including Farmindustria Code), and any other relevant codes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and working instructions. Key Responsibilities Be responsible for the development and the execution of the annual plan aligned with global and local strategy Analyse portfolio performance data and market insights to shape strategy and product positioning Propose and manage the marketing budget for all the brands Develop / localize promotional materials for each campaign both physical and digital cooperating with agencies and in collaboration with internal stakeholders Define the materials planning for the Sales Team including the definition and the monitoring of the sampling strategy Strictly collaborate with the Customer Education & Training Associate Director and contribute to the development of events or Congresses Collaborate with Sales and Demand departments for the sales forecasts update Actively collaborate cross-function and cross-BUs for Integrated Dermatology Strategies (IDS) Be the primary point of contact for marketing-related interactions with the Global Shareholders Be a key point of reference for Sales and Medical team Leads motivates supports and monitors the professional development of a Brand Manager Skills & Qualifications University Degree with a Marketing / Economic background Average 8 years of experience in Marketing (Product / Brand Management) with strong background in Aesthetic Medicine Proven experience in marketing rounded role mixing qualitative and analytics tasks People management experience Knowledge of Medical Visit strategy and Congresses Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
