We are currently seeking a Commercial Product Specialist to support the growth and development of our Aftermarket sector across South Eastern Europe and Turkey. Your Role As a Commercial Product Specialist Aftermarket focusing on consumables products, you will: Support our Lely Centers Network and internal teams in the SEET region, acting as the main contact for commercial and technical aspects related to the Aftermarket business. Contribute to marketing campaigns and commercial actions to boost sales performance. Travel regularly within the SEET area to maintain strong relationships with cluster teams and the Lely Center Network. Be part of the Business Team Milking in the Cluster SEET, reporting to the Manager Proposition Milking. Key Responsibilities Align and execute long-term aftermarket strategies with cross-functional teams within the cluster. Support the distribution network's focus on aftermarket business and ensure continuous training and development. Serve as the primary contact for commercial and technical inquiries within the cluster. Coordinate with Lely International headquarters to share market information and facilitate strategy implementation. Assist in marketing initiatives and commercial actions to promote aftermarket growth. Qualifications Background in agriculture or dairy farming is preferred but not required. Enjoys selling, identifying customer needs, and providing effective solutions. Strong communication skills, adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders. Experience in delivering presentations and training. Collaborative, proactive, and supportive team player. Results-oriented, capable of working independently with clear goals and priorities.
