PbSocial network you want to login/join with: /b /ph3Senior Business Development Manager - Medis, Assago /h3pbJob Description: /b /ph3Overview /h3pAs a bSenior Business Development Manager (BDM) /b, you will play a critical role in developing market strategies for Italy, leading and executing B2B business development and key account management within the pharmaceutical space. /ppWe are flexible with the location of this role. Ideally, it is based in Teva Assago offices (Milan). A remote contract is also an option if the candidate is not nearby. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPrioritize and analyze the responsible markets, developing strong strategies with the EU Cluster head. /liliIdentify profitable portfolios and sales gaps, including strategic partnerships. /liliMonitor market trends to identify new opportunities for Medis. /liliMaintain oversight of current activities, follow sales strategies, and update the Cluster team regularly. /liliOrganize market activities within the Cluster, managing daily operations and planning to meet KPIs. /liliCollaborate with the Cluster team to enhance profitability, growth, and reputation. /liliDrive commercial results aligned with budgets and regional sales goals. /liliNegotiate offers, new agreements, and amendments with customers. /liliProvide market intelligence on pricing strategies and amendments. /liliReview and advise on action plans for low-margin products and agreements. /liliHandle dispute resolution and settlement decisions. /liliRegularly review and update CV and JD to reflect the role accurately. /liliPerform additional tasks/projects as assigned by the EU Cluster Head. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Business, or related field. /liliAt least 8 years of commercial experience. /liliExperience in contract negotiations and compliance is preferred. /liliKnowledge of regulatory, legal/IP considerations is a plus. /liliFluent in English, both written and spoken. /liliStrong leadership and success-driven mindset. /liliHigh numeracy, analytical skills, and business acumen. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. /liliAbility to develop and execute commercial strategies from lead generation to sales. /liliCapable of working under pressure to meet deadlines. /liliStrong project management skills, delivering solutions on time and within budget. /liliComfortable in a fast-paced, multi-project environment within the pharmaceutical industry. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
