We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to expand our footprint in Italy.

What You'll Get:

What We're Looking For:

* Proven sales experience within retail, pharma, beauty, supplements, or grocery sectors
* Strong network of buyer contacts is a major plus
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset
* Passion for health and lifestyle products
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus

Your Responsibilities:

* Identify and approach new distribution partners, retailers, and sales channels
* Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing
* Build and nurture long-term business relationships
* Develop regional sales strategies tailored to your markets
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize impact

Compensation:

* First 8 weeks: 30% monthly commission on revenue generated
* After 8 weeks: Opportunity to shift to a base salary plus commission (based on proven results & first success stories)
* During the initial period: 30% commission (with room for performance-based increase)

This role is best suited for someone who can deliver a short time-to-market based on a 5–10 year track record and existing network. It is not the right fit if the required contacts would need to be built from scratch.
