Ph3Job Summary /h3pAs a valued member of our US Product Marketing Team, this individual supports and leads projects in the management of Cardiac Management Solutions (CMS) marketing and product efforts in conjunction with ZOLL CMS Marketing leadership. /ph3Essential Functions /h3ulliDevelop and support the implementation of short- and long-term business strategies and tactics to expand use of CMS products. /liliActively engage and support domestic selling efforts by working in close collaboration with US Sales. /liliIndependently interpret clinical studies to provide data analyses and messaging for US Sales. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional partners and vendors to develop comprehensive marketing collateral based on clinical indication–driven market segments, including the design and execution of messaging, promotional materials, sales tools, and proof sources. /liliSupport the development of annual sales meeting strategies, messaging, collateral and training effort to ensure effective pull‑through of the content. /liliAnalyze market opportunities and support the development of strategies to create compelling value propositions and competitive positioning. /liliDevelop and execute effective launch plans for new products and features. /liliPartner and/or lead cross‑functional teams to coordinate efforts on company initiatives and product launches. /liliWork with Marketing Leadership to set strategy, messaging and execution approach for relevant trade shows. /liliDevelop and foster relationships with key clinical individuals and organizations within the industry. /liliPerform other duties as assigned by Management. /li /ulh3Education Experience /h3ulliBachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field required. /lili4–6 years in downstream customer‑facing product marketing in the medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare or similar arena required. /liliMaster’s degree strongly preferred. /liliPrior cardiac sales and/or marketing experience preferred. /li /ulh3Knowledge, Skills Abilities /h3ulliDemonstrated ability to interpret clinical data and develop compelling message for use with clinicians. /liliExcellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills; strong verbal and written communication skills and well‑honed interpersonal and leadership skills. /liliHigh level of internal initiative, independent thinking and ability to interact with physicians, customers and key opinion leaders. /liliMust be an effective team player in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment. /liliEffectively work in a regulated industry in healthcare, medical devices or pharmaceuticals. /liliWilling and able to travel up to 20% of the time. /liliProficient in Microsoft Teams and Power BI preferred. /li /ulh3Physical Demands /h3ulliStanding – Occasionally /liliWalking – Occasionally /liliSitting – Constantly /liliTalking – Occasionally /liliHearing – Occasionally /liliRepetitive Motions – Frequently /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
