About the Role - We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided. Responsibilities - Collaborate with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design-wins and increase account penetration. Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers. Research and develop new customers and business segments. Develop account strategies and execute business plans. Handle customer issues effectively. Meet sales targets (booking/billing). Gather and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to the relevant product teams. Work collaboratively with regional and global teams to achieve objectives. Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels. Education Background / Major: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Experience (Ideal): 2-4 years of sales or account management experience with a proven record of exceeding sales quotas. Knowledge (Ideal): Understanding of the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products. Abilities / Qualities: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including negotiating contracts and closing deals. Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners, with the ability to identify new business opportunities. Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within Europe.
