This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Ragusa, offering a balance of on-site and remote work opportunities. The Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies, manage a portfolio of clients, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and lead a team to meet sales targets. The role also involves preparing sales reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in sales strategy development, lead generation, and client relationship management
Experience in team leadership and the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze sales data and create actionable reports
Organizational and time management skills to meet sales objectives consistently
Familiarity with CRM tools xjrgpwk and sales tracking software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in sales management is a plus
Flexibility to work both on-site in Ragusa and remotely as required
Understanding of the agricultural or cooperative industry is a valued advantage
