We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Commercial department, you will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, sales orders, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in Excel. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:
* Manage customer contacts and maintain accurate records within the SAP system.
* Oversee sales orders from receipt to invoicing.
* Generate invoices and reports on commercial activities with client brands.
* Support in administrative management and reporting activities related to local installers.
* Participate in the implementation of automated sales order management flows and systems.
Requirements and Skills:
* Availability for a 6-month internship (curricular or extra-curricular).
* Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Economics or Finance.
* Fluency in English and French (Spanish is a nice to have).
* Excellent knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
* Good understanding of accounting basics.
* Nice to have: experience in using ERP and CRM systems.
Work Arrangements:
