PeoItaly is hiring on behalf of a leading international company operating in the heavy machinery and earthmoving equipment sector.
We are looking for a Product Specialist who will support the company’s commercial and technical teams by providing in-depth product knowledge, market insights, and technical-commercial guidance related to earthmoving machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the sales team with technical and product-related information on heavy machinery and earthmoving equipment
Acting as a point of reference for product knowledge, features, applications, and competitive positioning
Preparing product presentations, technical documentation, and sales support materials
Conducting product demonstrations and supporting clients during the pre-sales phase
Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor products
Collaborating with internal teams to share feedback from the market and contribute to product development and positioning
Supporting training activities for sales teams, dealers, and business partners
Participating in trade fairs, customer meetings, and industry events when required
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the heavy machinery, construction equipment, earthmoving machinery, agricultural machinery, or industrial equipment sector
Strong technical understanding of machinery, equipment applications, and customer needs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work closely with sales teams, technical departments, dealers, and clients
Good analytical skills and market-oriented mindset
Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English
Availability for business travel when required
Nice to Have
Technical background in mechanical engineering, industrial xjrgpwk engineering, or a related field
Experience with international companies or dealer networks
Knowledge of the Italian construction equipment market
