We aim to help our employees excel and find their potential.We are seeking a highly talented and self-motivated Digital Customer Engagement Manager to join us in advancing technology through innovation and creativity.Your Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Digital Customer Engagement Manager, you will focus on:Supporting sales-to-delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud ServicesContributing to onboarding and transitioning customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud ServicesManaging overall service/project delivery within scope, budget, and milestonesSupporting the resolution of critical customer issuesCollaborating with SAP teams and support to handle critical situationsParticipating in customer release and maintenance activitiesAssisting customers with technical requirements throughout their lifecycleExecuting problem management and continuous improvement processesEngaging with SAP stakeholders and virtual customer success partners to ensure customer successReviewing account status and analyzing the need for account transition based on growthEnsuring faster onboarding of associates with proper training documentationFacilitating ongoing knowledge transfer sessions on new topics and refreshersQualifications ExperienceNecessary technical skills include:Minimum of 5 years in SAP Basis with expertise in SAP HANAExperience in SAP Upgrade Migration (OS/DB) is mandatoryKnowledge of SaaS products (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S) integration is a plusHands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Italian language proficiency at C2 or native levelEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higherWork Experience5-6 years in multinational software/IT organizationsAt least 5 years of SAP S/4HANA knowledge2+ years of cloud experience in solution management, consulting, or deliveryWhy UsFast-growing global tech company with offices in 50+ countries and 225,000 employeesA diverse environment with 165 nationalitiesGlobal collaboration opportunitiesVirtual-first work environment promoting flexibilityGrowth and career development opportunitiesComprehensive employee benefitsRecognized as a great place to work in multiple countriesEquality Opportunity for AllWe are committed to equal employment opportunities for all, regardless of race, religion, sex, age, nationality, or other protected categories, in accordance with applicable laws.
