Experteer Overview In this role, you empower strategic customers by delivering expert pre-sales support and tailored solutions, bridging engineering with sales. You’ll work within a large Applications Engineering and Technical Sales team to turn customer needs into competitive proposals. You will coordinate with engineering, craft innovative configurations, and share knowledge across internal and external stakeholders.

This is a growth-focused position in a global, diverse environment that values continuous learning and collaboration.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Provide complex presales technical support by reviewing RFx and extracting customer requirements
- Coordinate with factory engineering departments for technical requests
- Design and deliver innovative solutions and challenge standards to gain competitive advantage
- Evaluate non-standard requests and propose Configure to Order options
- Manage relationships among Sales, Engineering and other Vertiv stakeholders
- Create and deliver product and application presentations for customers and consultants
- Provide internal and external trainings on Vertiv offerings
- Manage in-country activities related to Application Engineering tasks
- Anticipate market trends as an industry expert within the line of business
- Ensure activities comply with Company Code of Conduct and Trade Compliance
- Voice the customer and attend meetings with Sales; provide feedback for offering improvements
- Lead and participate in events with external customers; maintain product and line-of-business expertise

Responsabilità

- Solid technical background in the assigned line of business
- Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Engineering curiosity and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Excellent commercial experience to understand and anticipate market trends
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Offering, Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Product Marketing
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and local language; second European language desirable
- Excellent IT skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint); CAD proficiency an advantage
- Experience with products and installation for Datacentre or similar environments
