What you'll do:
Industry leader in Digital Adoption, WalkMe provides the world's first Digital Adoption Platform, designed to help enterprises guide and engage end-users across websites and applications. Our impact is demonstrated by the growing number of Fortune 500 companies and global partners using WalkMe's DAP to increase engagement and adoption of digital assets across various regions, industries, and verticals.
As we expand rapidly in EMEA, we are seeking a driven Account Executive to manage all aspects of the sales cycle, with a focus on New Logo Acquisition in the Italian market.
Requirements:
* Native-level Italian language skills
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving the entire sales process from business development, demos, POCs to closing, focusing on acquiring new logos.
* Identifying new areas to expand within WalkMe's major accounts.
* Building WalkMe's business by hunting for new opportunities.
* Managing and responding to inbound and outbound leads.
* Partnering with Success Managers to identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Managing sales activities, including forecasting revenue in Salesforce.com.
* Achieving and exceeding quarterly quotas.
* Engaging with all levels of target organizations, including senior executives.
* Presenting WalkMe's solutions using value-based sales techniques with Solution Consultants and Customer Success Managers.
* Executing sales activities with cross-functional teams, from contract negotiation to signing.
What you bring:
* 5-8 years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales or Business Consulting.
* Experience selling SaaS/Hi-tech products with a strategic approach.
* Proven success in the Italian market.
* Ability to manage long, strategic sales cycles.
* Strong process-driven sales approach with accurate tracking and forecasting using Salesforce.com.
* Consistent record of earnings and over-achievement.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Experience with WalkMe is a major plus.
* Native-level Italian language skills.
