You will work across our international markets on all things related to digital platform revenues, combining analytical rigour with operational ownership. This is a dual-facing role: on one side, you will manage relationships with third-party food delivery platforms across multiple markets; on the other, you will take direct ownership of our owned digital channels, from promotional strategy to revenue management and performance reporting.The starting point is the field. You will need to understand processes from the inside — including the most operational ones, to then have the credibility and vision to improve them and, where possible, automate them.T
