Join our company as an
Senior
L2 Onsite IT Technician
to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customer site.
Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace equipment
Assist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectors
Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS)
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Support walk-up IT desks or kiosks, when required
Provide smart hands support for servers, network devices, and site equipment under remote guidance
Help with basic router and switch installations
Assist with datacenter-related tasks and backup activities
Asset management
Handle tickets and requests in ITSM systems
Location: Milan (city center - fully onsite)
Requirements:
2-5 years of IT experience (or equivalent)
Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products, Familiarity with ticketing system
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and common enterprise applications
Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi),
Good English and fluent Italian
Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and identity management,
Communicative and supportive attitude
